Greetings, I'm Sarah a licensed cosmetologist specializing in hair color,natural hair care and overall hair health. I am an expert colorist and color artist proficient in Balayage, highlighting,color corrections as well as fashion tones and vivids. I also offer men's haircuts and beard trims as well. My goal is always to give my clients a stellar experience with results to match, I pride myself on having open ears and being transparent about the services I offer. Healthy hair is my overall goal so I offer very limited color services for those with relaxed or excessively chemically treated hair.. Deposits are required for some services. Deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. A Consultation is required for first time extension and hair color clients. Services that take 3 hours or more such as (crochets or full highlight, sew in closure)must be scheduled before 4:30 pm unless otherwise discussed. Cancel or reschedule appointments before 48 hrs for free otherwise there is a 50% charge to be paid at the time of the scheduled appointment. Excessive no-shows and last minute cancellations will be blocked from booking and only allowed a walk-in appointment if available. Wait times vary due to a diverse clientele. All appointments for the Cleveland Ohio area will have a CLE in parentheses next to the service if the service has no label of Cleveland the service is not available. Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with in 48 hrs with no fees. No call no show and last mins cancellation fees are 50% and or banned from booking.
